Dan
Segelin, CSCS Director of Athletic Performance Since graduating from Emory University in 1998, Dan has been training people at all levels, and he has built
a reputation as one of the finest coaches in the Northeast. Segelin's broad mix of knowledge and application has provided
long lasting results for his athletes. He has coached All-American, All-Region, and All-Conference athletes - many of
whom have won Conference, State, or National titles. A former professional soccer player in Cleveland, Segelin began coaching and training when
his career ended due to numerous knee injuries. All of the time spent in the training room motivated him to make sure
that other athletes would be able to prevent similar injuries through proper strength and conditioning. Now, his programs
vary from sports performance, to rehabilitative, to weight loss. Segelin's training methods blend a variety of movements and exercises including weightlifting,
gymnastics, CrossFit, Pilates, kettlebells, rowing, and more. These workouts, coupled with proper nutrition and recovery,
have enriched the lives of countless athletes across the country. He holds the NSCA-CSCS and NASM-CPT, he is a certified
CrossFit instructor, and has been a participant in the prestigious Athletes' Performance Mentorship Program in Tempe, AZ.
Dan also holds certification in kettlebell instruction, and indoor rowing; he is a member of the National Soccer Coaches Association
of America (NSCAA). Dan is also currently pursuing an M.S. in sports science, with a concentration in coaching and conditioning.

Alissa
Mazer Licensed
Massage Therapist
Alissa’s passion is to keep people healthy, happy, and performing at their best during every stage of life.
She understands the many intricacies associated with individuals who may be competing, training, recovering, or simply seeking
a more satisfying level of physical fitness. She loves educating people on the advantages massage brings to the caliber of
their sports training, along with their overall health and quality of life. Alissa focuses her professional attention
to enhancing muscle performance, treating athletic injuries, and relieving chronic pain. She is able to target the most effective
therapy by pinpointing the root cause of a client’s physical concerns through her comprehensive education in biomechanics,
physiology, and anatomy. Injury rehabilitation assessment and soft tissue damage prevention are the cornerstones of her approach.
Her experience includes working with NFL players on the New York Giants, and Cleveland Browns. She currently works
for Red Bull New York, a professional men’s soccer team, (MLS). In addition, she has a private practice in New York
City.
Alissa’s techniques include: Deep Tissue Massage, Sport Specfic Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial
Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and Shiatsu.

Kevin Steinmuller, CSCS Director of Pilates Originally from New York City, Kevin has
earned his reputation as one of the most sought after coaches on the east coast. Unlike so many of his peers, it is Kevin’s holistic approach
to physical conditioning that sets him apart in his training modalities and expertise. Incorporating the
Classical Pilates repertoire with world-class strength & conditioning programming makes
his programs not only unique, but also phenomenally efficient.
Being raised in an athletic environment
that culminated with a successful collegiate soccer career, Kevin understands the keys to
success. It is from a deeply personal commitment to health and longevity that he instructs and guides each
client; comprehending the nuances that every individual possesses and being able to instruct
and systematically progress each client from a strong foundation is integral to his training. Whether you
are looking to improve your sport performance, lose weight or just feel better, Kevin has
the movement coaching experience to help you realize your goals.
Kevin is a Classically
Trained Pilates Instructor who holds the NSCA-CSCS, along with CrossFit and kettlebell coaching certifications.
